Suite Dreams Are Made of These
Bigger is definitely better.

Are suites the new standard? It’s a bold question, but it’s clear that bigger is officially better.
From sky-high luxury on airlines to all-suite resorts, one thing’s clear: size matters. Travelers are ditching basic rooms for full-on experiences — more space, more privacy and more indulgence. TrendHunter has seen more hotels offering exclusively all-suite rooms while Skift noted that family travel makes up the biggest portion of U.S. leisure travel, with families increasingly opting for larger spaces due to the flexibility of having everyone stay together.

Even airlines are in on the trend, with American Airlines is set to unveil 51 new “Flagship Suites,” this June - complete with privacy doors, more storage space, a wireless charging pad and a one-of-a-kind chaise lounge option, a key part of its strategy to compete against more profitable rivals for high-spending customers. Airbus has unveiled new concept designs for first class cabins on its widebody A350-1000 aircraft to include a central Master Suite, a double bed, bar, changing area and dedicated loo. Air France just unveiled La Première first class suites that are larger than previous suites, include five windows to allow natural light into the cabin and floor-level storage instead of overhead compartments, in order to create a more spacious feel.
Whether by ground or by air, here are some ways to enjoy the ‘suite’ life on your next vacay:
